Producer - Live Production

Join our Live Production Team in Salzburg, Austria, and help create exciting content for Premier Padel, Surf and Skate projects, and major events like the World Finals for Red Bull BC One!

Research

In the research phase, you'll gather relevant footage and create edit briefs to ensure you utilize the best visual materials for your projects. You'll curate music for both live and non-live content and develop commentary handbooks to maintain consistency and quality. Additionally, you'll conduct market research on sports series and trends in social content to continually improve your offerings.

Preproduction

During preproduction, you'll utilize Media Planet to optimize planning and organization. You'll create clear season guidelines for deliverables and manage the ordering and clearance of footage. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for booking shifts for the post-production team and collaborating closely with the editorial team on storylining to ensure a coherent narrative.

Production

In the production phase, you'll oversee field producing and manage outside broadcast (OB) live productions. You'll maintain editorial and content oversight throughout the entire production process and handle talent interactions and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Post-production

In post-production, you'll supervise the editing process and produce edits while providing comprehensive feedback during the editing phase. You'll develop scripts and storylines for the final content and ensure quality control by managing deliverables and sign-offs, particularly for the Premier Padel Highlights.

Collaboration

You'll place great importance on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone involved is fully informed about project status and timelines.

Live Development

In the live development area, you'll support the ideation and development of new live concepts to continue enhancing your projects.

• 3+ years’ relevant experience working in media, broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery – live broadcast experiences an advantage but not required.
• Understanding of the fundamental principles of storytelling, preferably including live content.
• Ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.
• Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners and teams from concept development phase through to production and delivery.
• Team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
