German speaking Chef de Partie Entremetier

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality dishes across various F&B outlets, infusing creativity and consistency in each dish.
  
• Oversee and manage your own station alongside a Demi Chef de Partie, ensuring efficient workflow.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas, upholding strict hygiene standards.
  
• Monitor ingredient quality, organize stock, and ensure quality control of goods.
  
• Assist in the ongoing training and development of junior team members.
  

• Previous experience in a Chef Entremetier or similar role within a high-quality establishment.
  
• Completed culinary training with a passion for using regional, high-quality ingredients.
  
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive within a dynamic team.
  
• Friendly, organized, and dedicated to culinary excellence.
  
• Proficiency in German is preferred.
  

Salary package: 2,550 EUR/Net per month
