Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare & lead monthly operational reviews, define key performance measures, and track their implementation and success
- Support, supervise, and lead projects to improve operational KPIs
- Secure transparency regarding operational KPIs and secures correct application of defined KPIs
- Define, coordinate, and manage the development of additional insights and features in dashboards and tools in collaboration with the Data Analytics and Service BI Team
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across direct and indirect Service markets
- Facilitate root-cause analyses sessions and lessons learned initiatives and drive operational improvements across all Service markets
- Integrate operational excellence best practices into regular meetings and communications to enhance organizational capabilities
- Drive further development of existing Operations Excellence methods, processes, and roles and implement new methods and processes incl. the development of training and coaching concepts
- Assess the maturity of existing Operations Excellence methods and define measures if needed
- Identify gaps in processes and functional procedures that impact the efficiency of Service execution
- Facilitate communication between departments including establishing a standard meeting structure to ensure action tracking and issue resolution
- Act as coach and facilitator to further develop team members
Your Profile:
- University degree in business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Several years of relevant experience is required. Candidates with consulting experience are strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen, robust analytical skills, and strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions in complex environments
- Within your career so far, you have already been able to apply profound knowledge in the field of project management and digital transformation
- A solid understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings, with the ability to translate this into business implications
- Scripting skills in Python or R are a plus
- Highly organized with good time management skills, and a strong ability to multi-task and adapt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong presence, team spirit, and leadership skills
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.502,64 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
