Job Description

• Work across the organization to ensure we are building a coherent, cohesive, and consistent product experience for our customers.
• Challenge and drive customer-centric product experience and help bulid more predictable cross journey experiences.
• Support cross-solution product experience design initiatives and have agility to still work in the craft for strategic projects.
• Align with organizational leadership to work towards a cohesive and unified strategy.
• Develop and nudge our design organization forward, directly collaborating with UX management and the extended team.
• Help grow the Design & Experience department, by collaborating with cross-lab internal partners (e.g. talent acquisition, HR, product, engineering).
• Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously.
• Live, support, and help to further develop Dynatrace's culture & values.
