Overview
As Assistant Store Manager for Crocs, you lead in the absence of the Store Manager. Your positive attitude, sales skills, and business acumen set the standard, inspiring exceptional customer service and boosting sales. Responsibilities include managing staff, visual merchandising, recruitment, and organizational tasks.
What You'll Do
- Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, overseeing daily operations.
- Lead and coach colleagues to enhance customer service and drive optimal performance.
- Demonstrate mastery of daily tasks; train new employees accordingly.
- Advise Store Manager on employee performance and make improvement suggestions.
- Delegate tasks efficiently for timely completion of opening/closing checklists.
- Set an example for exceptional customer service and commitment to company standards.
- Supervise team to ensure outstanding customer experiences and service quality.
- Maintain store appearance, prevent theft, manage cash register, control inventory.
- Uphold operational excellence in visual merchandising and safety/security protocols.
- Support staff through role modeling, supervision, and constant performance improvement.
- Deputize for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to opening hours and checklist completion.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong commercial and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
- Brand ambassador for Crocs.
- Good knowledge of the market.
- Training and leadership expertise.
- Experience in retail, working with key figures is an advantage.
