As the Lead, Marketing at Platomics, you will play a pivotal role in our regulatory automation solutions within the MedTech sector. You will lead by example, inspiring our marketing team while fostering collaboration and motivating everyone to excel.Your responsibilities include some of the following: crafting go-to-market strategies, shaping positioning and messaging, and supporting targeted marketing campaigns. With a knack for researching and analyzing market trends, you'll help identify client needs and uncover new growth opportunities. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, define target audiences, and set clear, achievable goals. Your strong communication skills will be key in articulating the benefits of our products and building lasting relationships with stakeholders to enhance our marketing efforts.
/This role has a work format of onsite or hybrid based in Vienna, Austria.
A solid understanding of MedTech domain and/or related healthcare markets
Comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and product management , emphasizing Product Lead Growth (PLG) strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage marketing teams. Your ability to foster collaboration and motivate team members will be crucial.
Ability to research and analyze market trends to allow you to identify client needs and spot new growth opportunities.
Ability to develop and implement detailed marketing plans. You should know how to define target audiences and set clear, achievable goals.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, such as social media and email campaigns, to effectively engage our audiences.
Have communication skills that allow you to clearly convey the benefits of our products and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing our marketing efforts.
Ability to speak English a C1 level, as it’s our official company language. This will help you communicate effectively with the team.
