We are looking to support our IT department as soon as possible IT Operations Manager, IT Helpdesk Manager or similar as IT Service & Support Manager (m/f/d) As IT Service & Support Manager (m/f/d) you will provide the IT Operations & Support Lead / Director of IT & Digital Transformation with local business needs and requirements and be responsible for the provision of IT services in the countries. Your tasks: Provides local business needs and requirements to the IT Operations & Support Lead / Director of IT & Digital Transformation. Provide in-country IT services to ensure regional IT and Digital Transformation departments understand and meet local needs (user, functional, legal or budgetary). Supports the Infrastructure & System Manager by taking on secondary roles and responsibilities. First point of contact for user support according to agreed KPIs On- and offboarding of users, including setup and training of hardware and software Procurement and setup of customer hardware and software in accordance with standardized processes Asset and equipment tracking, including physical audits. Provision of user training and manuals as well as work instructions in the local language On-site maintenance of AV and team meeting room equipment. Provision of remote hands in local offices if required. Support with IT and DX projects as required. Your profile: Successfully completed university degree or training with a corresponding focus on IT. Key industry certification (CAN, MCP, CCNA, MCSE) or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable. Several years of work/experience in IT customer support. Sound knowledge of Microsoft client systems, Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills in Word and writing. Fluent in written and spoken English.
