We want to get millions of children excited about cycling and make the world a little better. We offer this position as a mandatory internship or student job, ideally for 6-12 months.
Your mission
- You support with the collection and analysis of ESG data and in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders in accordance with ESRS
- You are passionately working on sustainability initiatives (such as sustainability strategy, product development, supply chain management or diversity initiatives)
- You carry out research and analysis in the field of sustainability (e.g. on trends, best practices, product materials, ...)
- You convince us of your ideas that you would like to implement
Your skills
- You are currently studying economics or natural sciences with ESG content
- You are interested in all aspects of the ESG spectrum
- You work in a structured way and enjoy bringing order to even the biggest chaos
- You want to take responsibility, are proactive and positive - you see solutions, not problems
- You have a very good command of English, German is a plus
- You are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint - and don't let yourself be put off recording your thoughts with Google Sheets and Google Slides

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 1.103 for 20 hours per week.
