CR Specialist - Fish&Seafood (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll be part of an international and interdisciplinary team
- You'll support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy
- You'll work on projects across the seafood value chain
- You'll ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals
- You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance)
- You'll build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers
- You'll work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain
- You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain
Your Profile The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production
- You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes
- You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial)
- You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile
- You are confident in using Excel
- You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity
- You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills
- You are business fluent in English

Remuneration Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
