Junior Specialist Communications (m/f/d)

Bridgecom Semiconductors is a growing tech startup specializing in 5G semiconductors, with locations in Linz, Dresden and Munich. As we enter the European and North America markets, we are actively looking for a motivated Business & Economics student specialized in International Sales, Marketing and/or Communications who joins us as Junior Specialist Communications. In this role, you'll support our sales and marketing activities by creating communication material and engaging in external communication activities. You'll work with the Bridgecom leadership team, with the role based in Linz — a unique opportunity to gain direct insights into top-level activities.

As Junior Specialist Communications you will:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our corporate branding
• Optimize our website and create engaging content
• Administrate and create content for our LinkedIn channel
• Support creation of company presentations and other sales and marketing materials
• Produce engaging video animations showcasing our 5G products together with an advertising agency
• Storytelling of how our 5G products drive digital transformation in industries and modern societies
• Conduct market research, including case studies on 5G industry competitors and potential customers
• Support with general administration tasks

• Current JKU Master Student in Business & Economics specializing in International Sales, Marketing and/or Communications
• Familiar with B2B marketing, brand management, digital marketing, communications, and market research
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress)
• Experience with content creation tools like Canva
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
• Interest in digitalization and technological trends and ability to translate technical content into marketing material
• Excellent intercultural communication skills, and ability to confidently communicate on executive level
• Ability to operate in highly international tech start-up environment
• Fluent in English and German
