Job DescriptionOVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for developing collaborations with game developers and publishers around the world, unlocking opportunities for in-game integration, co-marketing activations, event organization or support, access to IP or content production as well as support the team on these topics.
PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGEMENT
You'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership activations at sponsored gaming events, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and objectives, this includes setting clear objectives, timelines and deliverables. You'll act as the primary point of contact for our gaming partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open lines of communication. This involves regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to maintain a collaborative and productive partnership. You'll collect and analyze data to evaluate performance, generate insights, and provide detailed reports to internal stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for the Post-Event Analysis. Conducting thorough post-event evaluations to assess the success of activations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement while using insights to refine future strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Media Network, Event Marketing, Player & Teams Departments, to leverage internal resources and maximize the impact of our Gaming & Esports Partnerships.
MARKETING TOPICS
You’ll be supporting the Games Publisher Team to create Marketing assets around the whole gaming portfolio and you'll be the Point of Contact for our Brand Marketing Team regarding advertising, communication and branding materials using video games IP.
PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTING
You'll develop and deliver compelling presentations to update key stakeholders on the progress, performance, and impact of our gaming projects and partnerships.
TREND ANALYSIS
You'll stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gaming industry to inform our strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
University Degree
English is a must. Additional languages are a Plus
1-3 years of experience managing projects and gaming partnerships
Data driven and excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels
Proactivity and eagerness to learn and go the extra mile
A deep understanding of the gaming and esports ecosystem
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
"Can do" mentality, open and solution-oriented mindset
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
