This role is at the heartbeat of the financial side of our global supply chain. You'll employ your planning skills, helping to craft and sharpen financial plans and establish precise inventory and replenishment forecasting. The crux of your mission will be to uphold the highest standards of controlling across all operations.

Areas that play to your strengths

You'll ensure high-quality, precise, and timely month-end closing activities using systems like SAP ERP, SAP BW, Hyperion Financial Management or SAP IBP.

Your responsibility goes beyond compiling data. Your vigilance in reporting and analysis will form the basis for intelligent decision-making, influencing strategic direction in order to guarantee supply for our demand.

Supporting the monthly S&OP process from a controlling perspective will be pivotal. You'll be aligning the operations and financial planning, a critical cog in the Red Bull machine!

Your role involves diligent monitoring of actual inventories, production output or replenishment flows against financial plans, analyzing deviations and providing keen insights. Your advanced analytics skills will provide comprehensive data-driven insights, impacting significant business decisions.

You're not just a team member, but a strategic business partner. You will actively engage with our Headquarter Operations and global subsidiaries, helping them navigate and control the financial aspects of our supply chain.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Controlling, or a similar field
• Degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Excellent knowledge in English, German is a plus
• Experience in the area of supply chain planning
• Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
• Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau) will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Analytics mindset, Future vision focused, and a passion for numbers
• Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and result orientation
• Proactive, Self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
