- Conduct process and compliance audits across our CEE countries
- Analyze and evaluate processes in terms of legality, efficiency, risks, and controls
- Test processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to internal and external requirements
- Document and communicate audit results to process owners and management
- Develop recommendations to improve controls, procedures, and business practices
- Monitor the implementation of audit findings
- Successfully completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar field
- Professional experience in internal auditing, with a proven ability to conduct audits independently
- Self-motivation, proactive work style, and the ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak
- Strong MS Office skills (Office 365, especially Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within CEE countries (potentially once a month)
- Driver's license

For this position, a gross annual salary of €65,000 is offered. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer higher compensation.
