Job DescriptionOur Global Talent Development, People & Culture (P&C) organization is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join our growing, dynamic, and trailblazing Global Learning & Development team!
This role is all about creating innovative and holistic learning solutions to enhance employee experiences at a global level, building strong leadership and team capabilities, and enabling Dynatrace to be a leader in the tech industry.
You will work closely with People & Culture Business Partners, global Talent Partners, and various Talent Management functions, collaborating directly with leaders, teams, and individual employees to support development, career growth, and strategic and cultural alignment.
What will you be doing with us?
Learning Program Ownership: Design, manage, implement, and measure learning solutions using best practices and blended learning modalities and strategies, e.g., virtual-first, in-person, self-paced, facilitated, knowledge reinforcement
Learning Experience Facilitation: Conduct workshops for various audience sizes and settings, both virtual and in-person, using various learning technologies and modalities to engage learners and drive sustained behavior change
Strategic Consulting and Partnerships: Utilize facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and strategic consulting skills in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to address skill gaps and ensure a globally consistent learning experience
