My client is a medium sized pharmaceutical wholesaler based in the city centre of Vienna who distributes pharmaceutical products and medical devices within the European Union and in several countries outside the EU.

PV/QA Specialist (f/m/d)
38,5 hours per week, hybrid, Vienna
This coordinative role is part of a small cross functional and highly cooperative team in Vienna. The position owner will closely cooperate with the Quality Manager and with several internal and external stakeholders on an international level.
- Being the company's contact point for all business partners and service providers related to Vigilance topics.
- Having the oversight of the vigilance system and managing the contractual relationships regarding vigilance obligations with all business partners and service providers. There is no local adverse event reporting.
- Managing Vigilance Audits performed by the company's business partners.
- Supporting the Quality Manager in various Quality Assurance tasks like the preparation of documents, the creation of SOPs, support during Audits, etc.
- Having some years of working experience in Pharma/Biotech Industry in the field of Pharmacovigilance is necessary.
- Experience in Materiovigilance would be great.
- Having a good understanding of Quality Management Systems and GDP.
- Being fluent in English and having a basic knowledge in German is necessary. Russian is a plus.

- The salary for this position lies between EUR 55.000 and 70.000 gross per year and depends on a candidate's qualification and working experience.
