Tasks

Your main objective for the first 6-12 months will be to help us lifting the existing technical solution to its next level in terms of scalability, performance and usability. This will specifically include the following tasks:

• Evaluate existing software architecture
• Define potential improvement areas
• Design architectural improvements
• Implement improvements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology or similar
• 5+ years of experience as software architect or backend developer
• Experience in designing high available, high scalable and distributed systems

• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
• Work within an international team with strong individual skills
• Equipment & software of your choice (Linux, MacOS, Windows)
• Trainings, Certifications, Hackathons, Knowledge Sharing Workshops
