Supply chain specialist (m/f)

(Vienna; Full-time)

Act as a representative of supply chain department - take part in contract negotiation, bidding preparation and contract review and make sure all deliveries are delivered to customer on time.We offer you a professional career in one of the leading multinational telecommunication companies with a competitive compensation starting at EUR 37.800 annual gross salary, which can be higher depending on your qualifications and relevant experience. Your Mission

* Take part in contract negotiation, bidding preparation and contract review
* Monitor factory production planning and ensure on-time delivery
* Keep customer and relevant internal staff informed on the order status
* Cooperate with Purchase Order Specialist to monitor the Purchase Order appraisal procedure
* Cooperate with logistics staff to deal with customs clearance, warehousing, local distribution affairs, etc.
* Report to the Supply Chain Manager
* International transportation monitoring
* Logistics Supplier Management, Project logistics coordination
* Inventory management and analysis
* Logistics payments
* Custom clearance regulations
* POD collecting
* Local Suppliers' performance management
* Periodic inventory control and counting
* Local delivery booking
* Logistics procurement

Your Profile

Job Requirements

* Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
* Self-motivated, detail-focused person
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and team oriented personality with high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented approach
* Knowledge of corporate managerial system, such as ERP
* English language is a must, German language at least B2, chinese is advantage

Education and Experience

* University degree in Logistics/Business Administration or similar education
* Interpersonal skills, organizational skills and writing skills
