Product Manager - Digital Market Research Community​

Your break in the digital sector – join us and actively shape the world of online research & data analytics. You will focus on the engagement of our users, promote the sustainability of our panel and manage internal and external projects with passion and foresight.
Talk Online Panel GmbH is a leading provider of market research data, operating 24 own communities and online panels across Europe. We are currently looking for a committed and qualified Product Manager or Product Owner based in Vienna, Sofia or Bucharest (hybrid in those countries is also an option). In this position, you would play a central role in the product team in the ongoing development of our market research communities.

The recruitment process is handled by our parent company Tito & Friends - a holding group that includes our partner company Talk Online Panel.

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of user satisfaction and retention of the community.
• Managing requirements from the idea through acceptance criteria to implementation.
• Creating and maintaining roadmaps and prioritizing requirements.
• Analyzing the "user journey" and the touchpoints of our users to identify optimization opportunities and derive recommendations for action.
• Exchanging ideas with stakeholders, identifying needs and on-site observation.
• Developing measures to strengthen relationships between panel participants and communities.
• Working closely with research teams to understand project requirements and take appropriate measures for panel management.
• Working together with our in-house technical agency for implementing new and improved technical measures.

• University degree (ideally with a digital focus).
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Knowhow in optimizing user experience.
• Analytical thinking, handling of analytical tools and on-site analysis.
• Experience in dealing with agile methods such as Scrum is desirable.
• Fluent English skills, German an advantage.
