Grow-Talent.com is searching for an Business Development Representative with German, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.
- Position: Business Development Representative
- Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
- Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office (after initial training)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize client's business
- Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches
- Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing
- Build long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success
- Be a passionate advocate for company's product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties
- Quickly become an expert in company'sofferings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
- A burning passion for a career in sales
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/BDR (SaaS)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
- A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
