This is what your day looks like:
- You lead and organize the banquet department during events and functions
- Interdepartmental collaboration with the entire hotel team
- You coordinate the setups and service operations
- You train your team to ensure outstanding guest service
- Accurate recording of transactions in the MICROS POS system
- You provide a proper handover to the colleagues in the next shift
- Preparation and post-cleaning of banquet facilities
- You provide a charming all-around service for our guests at events
This is what we expect from you:
- Completed professional training as a waiter in the hotel industry
- At least 2-3 years of experience in banquet or event sector, ideally in a supervisory role
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- High guest orientation and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in wage group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications.
For this position, we can offer you an inexpensive apartment near the hotel so that you can arrive in peace during the first weeks.
