IT / OT System & Security Expert (m/f/d) Location: Wesseling, Germany Field of activity: Technology Career level: Experienced professional Company: Röhm GmbH TASKS Development and further development of the industrial security strategy and security guidelines Support in the planning, creation, procurement and integration of production and laboratory systems for networking the production and management level with regard to "Industry 4.0" and "Smart Manufacturing" Support for IT/OT projects in the security environment Management of external service providers in the area of security and OT architecture Development of methods and tools for future projects in the process and manufacturing industry and critical infrastructures Development and discussion of business continuity management (BCM) strategies for critical networked OT components or industrial networks for recovery in the event of an incident Quality control of implemented concepts and strategies through security/penetration tests Interface to the areas of cyber security, local IT and operational business Performing administrative activities on servers and workstations / authorization management Continuous increase of the IT/OT security level QUALIFICATIONS Successfully completed studies in IT / cybersecurity (or comparable) Ideally professional experience in the field of IT/OT security in a production environment Alternatively: Engineer or technician in the field of electrical engineering with professional experience in the field of IT, production IT (OT) or IT security Interest in learning about new exciting technologies, discovering IT attack scenarios and designing security strategies Very good analytical and conceptual skills human empathy and technical know-how in mediating between different interest groups Very good written and spoken German (at least C-level) and English skills proficient with MS Office Professional, communicative demeanor and a high degree of personal responsibility WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO We listen to you: Your ideas in line with our corporate values of creativity, openness, responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit are important to us.
