Intern - General HR Support (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our global HR team in Salzburg. In this role, you will provide general HR support and administrative assistance, contributing to various HR functions and gaining valuable experience in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in human resources.

• Location: Salzburg (hybrid possible)
• Start Date: asap
• Duration: 6-9 months
• Hours: Minimum 30 hours/week
• Salary: €1,400 per month (on a full-time basis)

Tasks

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
• Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field; first relevant work experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as detail-oriented working style
• Very good German and English Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
