The impact you'll haveIn this role as Project Manager Marketing Services (m/f/d),you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of market-specific campaigns. Your responsibilities include coordinating with both internal and external departments, adhering to deadlines, and successfully implementing the annual communication plan.
This position is also available part-time (from 30 hours)
More specifically, you will:- Managing the preparation and launch of (aftersales) campaigns in 9 countries
- Coordination & monitoring of deadlines regarding campaign-relevant content
- Internal and external coordination and exchange with customers and agencies regarding print and digital materials for various car manufacturers
- Creation & dispatch of newsletters incl. texts, as well as process-relevant registration form
- Quality control and reporting for our customers
- Regular exchange with customers regarding current topics and analyses
Who you are and what you bring:- Fluent in German and English (Both C1)
- A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating a willingness to directly engage and efficiently handle responsibilities.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Power automate skills
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Quick to learn and adapt, capable of embracing new tools and processes.
- Interest in the automotive sector and enthusiasm for data-driven approaches.
- Eager to take initiative, anticipate needs, and act without needing direction in routine matters.
- Ready to handle diverse responsibilities with resilience and a positive outlook.
