As the Aviation Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Global Head of Aviation Marketing and play a pivotal role in driving impactful aviation and aerial sports activities. In this role, you'll manage the development and execution of global marketing strategies, managing relationships with country colleagues, stakeholders, authorities, agencies, partners, pilots and athletes.

PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You'll develop, manage, and ensure the safe and high-quality execution of projects and activities worldwide. You'll also be ensuring that all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. You'll be working closely with the Global Head of Aviation Marketing to create a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years, aiming to drive innovation and maintain Red Bull’s position as a leader in aviation and aerial sports. You'll be designing, executing, and overseeing sports projects, events, and partnerships aligned with Red Bull’s brand goals. You'll conduct feasibility studies, prepare budgets, and coordinate resources. Additionally, you'll manage marketing budgets to optimize consumer impact and regularly update internal communication platforms to ensure information and resources are current.
AVIATION PORTFOLIO
You'll directly manage and develop relationships with pilots and athletes while serving as the main contact for athlete target-setting, performance evaluations, and branding development. You'll utilize internal systems like SportsNet to manage contracts, invoices, schedules, outcomes, and branding efforts. You’ll guide national portfolios and support business planning, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key aviation partners, athletes, and industry leaders to enhance Red Bull’s visibility and influence. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the development of the global aviation portfolio, scouting new opportunities and ensuring effective program planning to support Red Bull's strategic goals.
COUNTRY SUPPORT
You'll serve as a support unit to the country teams, guiding and advising them on aviation and aerial sports activities. You'll work as a consultant to national teams, fostering regular communication and driving continuous improvement. You'll gather and share best practices in branding, innovation, execution, contacts, and consumer impact, ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred across teams. Additionally, you'll train and coach country colleagues on the latest aviation-related insights and support efficient business planning. Coordinating airshows, projects, activations, and other activities will also be a key aspect of the role.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.717 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
