We seek a proactive, organized, and bilingual (German and English) Project Manager to join our team. This individual will drive multiple high-stakes projects involving various stakeholders with competing deadlines.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation through execution and closure
- Coordinate between an interdisciplinary team of software and pharmaceutical experts and international clients
- Develop, manage, and adjust project timelines, as well as resources to ensure goal alignment
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and managing expectations
- Maintain high standards in compliance with industry regulations, monitoring adherence to international standards and requirements
- Identify potential project risks and work proactively to mitigate them
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and adaptive project environment, accommodating evolving requirements and unexpected challenges
- Document project milestones, key decisions, and lessons learned to contribute to organizational growth
The ideal candidate is adept at navigating complex, international, and cross-disciplinary projects, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and is passionate about fostering collaboration and achieving impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration)
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, software)
- Strong proficiency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across diverse industries and cultural contexts
- Familiarity with regulated industry requirements and quality standards
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or related qualification is a plus
- A minimum gross salary of 55.000 € per year (overpayment possible)
