As a business unit of the REWE Group, we have around 100 employees in Vienna. The CRM and Loyalty department is a part of BILLA International's strategic marketing. We are the competence centre and the first point of contact for our countries for everything to do with customer loyalty & CRM. With the definition of the overarching strategy and international projects, we are driving the successful development of the countries - Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania - in the area of ​​customer loyalty and supporting the future-oriented digitization of our customer processes.

Become part of our team as a CRM & Loyalty Manager (m/f/x) and combine the dynamics of a start up with the advantages of a corporation!


  • You are the central contact for the further development of the topic of Loyalty programs in our BILLA CEE-countries
  • You play a key role in delivering our consumer strategy by being the overall owner of Loyalty program
  • Continuous optimization and further development of existing loyalty programmes whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow in the BILLA CEE-countries is your main task
  • You enable the BILLA CEE countries to defined strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics around how to acquire, engage, and retain customers to the Loyalty program
  • Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations
  • Ensuring strategy-compliant implementation of measures through regular performance assessments and targeted ad-hoc analyses
  • Interpretation of results and derivation of clear recommendations for action, which have a direct impact on performance improvements
  • Translation of the touchpoint strategies into suitable KPIs, definition of the relevant target values ​​and responsibility for their representation in dashboards

  • A successfully completed degree preferably in business administration, media management or a comparable course
  • Several years of professional experience, including min. 5 years in the field of Loyalty/ CRM/Marketing
  • Experience in project management, which you ideally prove through certifications
  • Knowledge of handling customer data in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Application experience with common tools and/or platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud)
  • Fluent language skills in English and German as well as a basic willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days/month).
  • Analytical way of thinking, structured and responsible way of working and a strong customer orientation
  • An affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive concrete recommendations for action from data and to convey complex relationships in a simple manner
  • A high degree of passion for Loyalty, personalization and digital transformation round off your profile
