Tasks Assuming strategic and technical responsibility for CSP platforms, including interface to account management and coordination of overarching topics Design of a logging strategy and implementation of centralized alerting procedures for rapid failure detection and compliance with internal guidelines Designing and managing a role-based authorization concept, setting up and managing access according to security standards and best practices Creation and maintenance of operations manual, architecture specifications and basic documentation to ensure compliance and transparency Managing the costs, compliance and availability of cloud services Trusted advisor and technical contact for DevOps groups and IT security in the cloud environment Coordination and implementation of training measures and qualification development in the area of cloud technologies Profile Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study, alternatively completed training in the field of computer science Several years of professional experience in the cloud environment Practical knowledge of at least one strategic cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) Excellent knowledge of the technical operation of hyperscaler products Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes and agile methods Strong analytical skills combined with a conceptual way of thinking and working Strong communication skills combined with good persuasiveness and assertiveness Our benefits Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
