Just Eat Takeaway.com is better known in Austria as Lieferando. Our Vienna-based Country Management team is looking for a Sales Director Austria (m/w/d) who will lead our Sales department.

All about the role

As part of the Country Management team reporting directly to the Country Director Austria you manage the Sales organisation for Austria to achieve KPIs, increase performance and coach the team to great success.

In addition, the following activities are part of your area of responsibility:

• Creating and owning the sales strategy for the country ensuring sustainable growth
• Represent the commercial JET organisation and work with local strategic partners to understand needs and create common value
• Lead and motivate the Austrian sales teams, consisting of Acquisition, Account Management, Strategic Accounts and Grocery/Retail teams, to drive high performance through coaching and people-management skills
• Work closely with the country management and global sales organisation to set priorities and deliver on KPIs
• Forecast and track sales performance and identify opportunities to (over) achieve on target

Can you deliver

• Extensive experience in sales roles with clear managerial experience. Clear evidence of consistent and exceptional sales leadership performance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics or similar
• Experience in managing a sizeable sales team
• Proven track record of making commercially sound, data-driven decisions
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused and innovative outlook, optimising work processes across your job

We offer a competitive compensation package with a gross target salary as of EUR 100,000 plus bonus (depending on your professional experience), that rewards achievement and over achievement.
