Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints exclusively through email and live chat—no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring clear, timely communication (phone calls are not required)
- Moderate user-generated content to uphold company policies and standards
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities, keeping the online environment secure
- Accurately log interactions and resolutions for customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and elevate customer experiences
- Provide customers with accurate, comprehensive information using the best tools
- Meet personal and team support goals
- Work effectively with internal and client teams
- Participate in training to ensure compliance with moderation policies
- Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed
Requirements:
- C2 level proficiency in German.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card.
- 0-1 year experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
