Tasks Coaching and lateral leadership of cross-functional software development teams Managing the teams with regard to functional / technical aspects Promoting self-organization and an agile mindset in the teams Working closely with the Digital Service Owner and other stakeholders to coordinate product delivery Independent project management Monitoring of progress, problems and risks as well as tracking and communication or presentation of key figures Supporting and advising teams to proactively contribute to improving the way they work, including by removing obstacles Organization and moderation of agile processes and meetings; e.g. review, retrospective, planning Participation and organization of various cross-team working groups Profile Degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Master / Agile Coach Certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master) desirable An independent, structured, goal-oriented and collaborative way of working with a high sense of responsibility, empathy and pragmatism Strong communication skills Confident handling of project / organization tools (Jira / Confluence) Motivation to develop and share knowledge with others Our benefits Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
