Specialist Invoicing and Wholesale Operations (f/m/x).
- Responsibility for the BMW and MINI vehicle invoicing process for the Region CS (Central- and Southeastern Europe).
- Contribution to the Wholesale funnel management for the BMW Group CS markets in order to achieve the Wholesale targets for the region. Analysis, creation of reports and derivation of appropriate measures, month end steering, exploitation of existing potentials.
- Credit line management in cooperation with BMW Financial Services.
- First level support as well as error and request handling for selected CS markets.
- System expert of the relevant invoicing and WHS operations tools and systems incl. issue handling.
- Responsibility for BMW Motorrad invoicing process for the CS region incl. exchange with markets and BMW Motorrad department.
- Supporting of the Diplomatic Sales business execution for the BMW CS markets.
- Regular cross-functional business exchange with stakeholders of other departments in house, with BMW AG and the BMW CS markets.
- Support and contribution to system roll-outs and projects.
- Bachelor or Master degree in business management or similar.
- Well-founded knowledge and process experience in the automotive environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and willingness to additionally acquire knowledge of new systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team.
- High degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm and problem solution orientation.
- Emotional and social competencies combined with strong argumentation skills.
- High analytical thinking capabilities and openness for innovation.

We are looking for you as of January 2024 for a duration of indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is
€ 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
