Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and communication, ideally with experience in the industrial, automotive, or aviation sectors. This role requires a blend of graphic design expertise, event planning, social media content creation, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities:
Design and Graphic Work
- Create visual content for internal and external communication, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Design layouts for exhibition booths, info displays, and related materials to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
- Utilize design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to deliver high-quality graphics.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Contribute to content planning and idea generation for social media channels.
- Assist in creating visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and drives engagement.
Website Management
- Support website content management and updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on ideas for website enhancements and improved user experience.
Exhibition and Event Coordination
- Plan and prepare for exhibition events, including coordination with event planners and third-party vendors.
- Oversee booth layout and design for industry events, ensuring all displays align with brand standards.
- Manage on-site logistics, including travel arrangements, booth setup, insurance, and other requirements to ensure smooth execution.
Press and Public Relations Support
- Assist with press requests and manage any media inquiries.
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases as needed.
- Administrative Support.
- Handle purchases and budget control for marketing-related expenses.
