The SaaS Upgrade initiative enables Dynatrace customers to fully leverage the value of the Dynatrace platform SaaS innovations by helping customers transition from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS. We achieve this by providing Managed customers with documentation, established process and best practices, tools, support, and professional service offerings to make their transition to Dynatrace SaaS to be as frictionless and secure as possible.
We’re looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are prepared to push to the next level as Principal Product Manager, Growth for our SaaS Upgrade Initiative. In this role, you will lead the overall initiative, working within R&D and cross-functionally with sales, GTM, and customer success teams. This is a challenging, impactful, and highly visible role where you can deliver significant value for Dynatrace customers, working closely across functions and solutions.
Your role in the team:
- Accountable for overall success of Managed->SaaS initiative, working x-functionally with sales, partners sales, and customer success managers. Meet and exceed initiative KPIs.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to bring more Managed customers to SaaS, and to drive greater and faster adoption of SaaS once a customer begins transition.
- Identify needle movers, both accelerants and blockers, by engaging directly with sales and customers. Develop hypotheses on growth drivers informed by market trends, direct engagement, and customer install base analysis. Work across pre/post sales, services, marketing, and product management to provide concrete, actionable plans. Support execution of plans across functions.
- Drive execution of top Managed->SaaS priorities to achieve goals. Lead core team and collaborate X-functionally in execution
- Work closely with Dynatrace solution leadership to ensure aligned GTM framework and messaging. Ensure consistent/complementary messaging to customers and GTM activities
- Create and manage long-term forecasts for SaaS Upgrade with targets and KPIs that are aggressive but aligned with pre/post sales targets. Define/refine KPIs that support initiative goals while aligning with customer value and sales motivations.
- Coordinate with growth product managers across solutions and initiatives to identify dependencies and develop joint plans to maximize leverage (and minimize friction) to drive joint value propositions to customers and sales
