We are looking for a Sea Freight Pricing & Tender Manager (m/f/d) for our Region East Europe to develop our pricing & tender process and lead tender & pricing activities across our Sea freight operations. Join us in shaping the future of Seafreight logistics in this key region.
Sea Freight Pricing & Tender Manager EastEurope (w/m/d)
- Participating in the Tender Assessment Board together with the Regional Sea freight Lead
- Initiate and lead Sea freight tender management & pricing related projects
- Provide prices for sales quotes
- Manage input to quotation/ rate/ pricing systems & compliance
- Enhance resp. support enhancement of tools to increase productivity
- Cooperate with Sales to align product and sales strategies and develop adequate sales targets
- Assess tender opportunities (e.g. against product strategy constraints) and support Sea freight Lead in taking thefinal decision on participation
- Drive analytics of hit rates
- Identify IT-improvement/Digital solutions need in product-related technologies
and systems
- Proven experience in tender & pricing management within the Sea freight industry
- Expertise in implementing process improvements and leading initiatives in Sea freight operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating with regional and global teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in any other regional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the region East Europe
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and project management skills

- The annual salary for this position is EUR 80.000 gross per month. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
