OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Performance Management Lead to join our global People Potential & Organisational Development team. This role is pivotal in implementing our talent and performance management initiatives, ensuring we identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. The successful candidate will report to and collaborate closely with the VP of People Potential & Organisational Development and other key stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous growth and impact.
THE CHALLENGE:
Organisational Talent Reviews:
- Lead the planning and support the Divisional People Partners (DPPs) in the execution of the Organisational Talent Reviews .
- Prepare insights and ensure progression tracking of the overall OTR process, including Talent Check-ins.
- Develop and support communication as well as ups-killing plans to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the process.
Succession Planning and Talent Development:
- Prepare and provide insights on status of talent and succession planning to the Divisional People Partners and the business.
- Partner with the DPPs and the business to propose innovative solutions to accelerate High Potentials development
- Ensure Talent groups mapping to Leadership Development programs and relevant nominations.
- Manage the process around Individual Development Plans and assist the Divisional People Partners in providing support and execution.
Career Frameworks:
- Design, implement, and manage Career Frameworks to support employee development and progression.
Onboarding:
- Oversee and improve the onboarding program for new hires.
- Internships / International Graduate Program:
- Design Global Internships framework to support local internships programs.
- Oversee functional internships and guide DPP and the business on the delivery in line with the global framework.
- Design and drive end-to-end the new IGP program globally
Performance Management:
- Lead the Goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee Mid-year and Year-end performance reviews, promoting a feedback culture, leading to fairness and objective assessments, and career progression.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage continuous feedback and drive performance impact.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Min. 5 years experience in talent, performance management, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or sports-related industry.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals and execution of talent and performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the People team as well as business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data with attention to detail and work with HR systems (Workday).
- Fluency in English.
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
