IT support & customer support for SAP Business one (m/f/d) Full-time / hybrid For more than 35 years, MARINGO has set itself the goal of developing modern, tailor-made commercial software for small and medium-sized companies. We distribute our project management software MARIProject based on SAP Business One worldwide via our SAP partner network. In addition to sales and development, we support our customers and partners with consulting, training and service & support in the implementation of their IT projects. You process support requests by phone, online or in a remote session, document and manage these requests in our electronic ticket system. You analyze the bugs that occur and find solutions for our customers together with the development and consulting team. You will also provide support during installation and implementation. Your profile You have completed training in the commercial or IT field (e.g. IT systems management assistant, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, etc.), as well as commercial and business management knowledge (ERP, CRM, merchandise management, etc.). Good IT skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Practical experience in customer support, ideally in the area of ERP systems Strong customer, service and team orientation Good analytical and logical thinking skills combined with a desire to find solutions You can express yourself well in German and English, both in writing and on the phone You like to work independently, reliably and systematically, with a sense of responsibility, commitment and the ability to work in a team.
