We are looking for a for the Wiesbaden location IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) Challenges for joiners: Are you passionate about IT support and love helping users with IT problems? Then you've come to the right place. You will competently assist employees with all IT support issues and take on support and administrative tasks in day-to-day business. This means that you will take on IT support requests relating to software, hardware and media technology, prioritize them and offer the fastest possible support with a sustainable solution in cooperation with the IT departments. You are passionate about installing, configuring, repairing and managing PC hardware, software and peripheral devices, including printers and mobile devices. Last but not least, you will implement ordered technical changes and optimize our IT processes. What makes you special: You are thinking about the future - that's why you have found your professional home in IT and have already completed training in the IT sector, ideally as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration. Very good IT support knowledge and several years of professional experience in the areas of software and hardware (Microsoft Windows, Office, Active Directory, ticket system, iOS, mobile devices) are required for this role. In any case, you like to work independently, enjoy working in a team, see yourself as an "internal service provider" in this job and act as such. You are fluent in German to be able to help our users quickly. On a personal level, you are a communicative character who approaches other people openly and confidently.
