EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CMSO (M/F/D)
for our office in Vienna, Austria.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing both administrative and strategic responsibilities. In this role, you will be the right hand to the CMSO, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while also contributing to the development and execution of key strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and international partners (such as our 16 global affiliates), playing a critical role in driving the success of our marketing and sales efforts. - Manage all daily administrative tasks, including handling all inquiries, organizing, and coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of various national and international meeting formats (both analog and digital), including minute-taking, reporting and participation
- Maintain excellent contact with all internal stakeholders (employees, managers, international sister companies, and the Executive Committee) as well as external partners (e.g., suppliers, consultants, agencies, and industry experts)
- Organize and coordinate business trips
- Provide support in budget preparation and on-site presence during audits
- Take on general administrative tasks and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Assist in the creation and preparation of impactful concepts, presentations, analyses, key figures, and decision-making bases for management
- Collaborate closely with the local sales and marketing organization, providing analytical support and strategic recommendations to improve performance
- Completed degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or a similarly complex industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a high level of service orientation
- Integrity, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a proactive "make-it-happen" mindset
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
