• In our projects, you work closely with other UX designers and researchers on concise, appealing and clearly understandable texts.
• You take care of microcopy and error messages and also have a feel for a brand-oriented voice-and-tone strategy.
• You document your results in UX writing manuals and guidelines to ensure that future communication is user-centred.
• Ideally, you will also motivate and support others in the team to develop basic UX writing skills.

We are LX Media, a growing digital agency with an international team of over 40 digital experts. As part of the Pierer Group, we work on internal products in the motorsports sector and also provide project-based services to clients across diverse industries. • In unseren Projekten arbeitest du in enger Abstimmung mit anderen UX-Designern und -Researchern an prägnanten, ansprechenden und klar verständlichen Texten.
• Du kümmerst dich um Microcopy und Error- Messages und hast auch ein Gespür für eine markenorientierte Voice-and- Tone-Strategie.
• Deine Ergebnisse dokumentierst du in UX Writing Manuals und Guidelines, um sicherzustellen, dass auch zukünftig auf nutzerzentrierte Weise kommuniziert wird.
• Idealerweise motivierst und unterstützt du auch andere im Team dabei, grundlegende UX Writing Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln.

• Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre als Designer mit einem Fokus auf UX Writing in einem agilen Umfeld gearbeitet.
• Du bist kompetent, erfahren und teamorientiert.
• Figma, Miro und andere UX Writing Tools sind deine besten Freunde
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, Hands-On-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung
• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• You have worked for at least 2 years as a designer with a focus on UX writing in an agile environment.
• You are competent, experienced and team-oriented.
• Figma, Miro and other UX writing tools are your best friends.
• High level of commitment and flexibility, hands-on mentality, initiative and personal responsibility
• Good command of English
