Processing malfunctions and requirements and ensuring the trouble-free operation of the software products Coordination of 3rd level support with manufacturers Advising users of software products and training key users Participation in digitization in group-wide projects Your profile: You are a team player with strong communication skills, grasp new complex issues quickly and accurately and always have the big picture in mind. In your previous work, you have gained experience in project coordination.
