We are looking for an HR System Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Bergheim (Salzburg) or Vienna. The COE HR Systems and Analytics drives HR digitalization at PALFINGER and supports the management and optimization of our current process and system landscape. To enable this, it supports global initiatives and leads individual projects. The department also provides analytical support for troubleshooting, reporting/data management and improving processes to increase the operational efficiency of HR.
- HR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for our system landscape in Success Factors, troubleshooting issues
- Data Management and Reporting: Support data entry, data validation, generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders
- Act as an international point of contact to our HR community and build sustainable networks and working relationships
- Process Improvement: Contribute to system improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes and workflows - especially with upcoming AI functionality
- User Training & Documentation: train HR users on system functionality and best practices, ensuring that all users are equipped to effectively use the HR systems and create documentation and learning material
- System Testing and Release Mgt: Assist in testing new system features and upgrades, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with organizational needs
- Degree in (international) business administration or IT or comparable degree
- Experience with Success Factors or similar HR solutions is beneficial
- Know how in Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel)
- Project Management Skills
- IT affinity
- Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
- High level of initiative, solution orientation and accuracy
- Good knowledge of German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.614,68 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
