Tasks Managing and developing employees in accordance with the HUK-COBURG management principles Driving forward exciting architectural modernization projects in collaboration with various teams Collaborate as a team on the strategic realignment of the HUK software architecture and support other teams for continuous architectural improvement Responsibility for the development of overarching architecture projects Setting priorities with regard to research and development of modern architecture and infrastructure solutions, taking into account the requirements of the development teams Leading a team of coaches for modern and agile architecture work in the sense of an enabling team Ensure that the team continuously follows modern trends in software architecture and evaluates them for use in HUK Profile Degree in computer science or a comparable subject or training in the field of computer science with professional experience Strong practical and management experience in the software development and architecture of distributed systems Experience in Java, microservice and cloud architectures, domain-driven design and team topologies Confident demeanor, strong communication, persuasive and assertive skills and an agile mindset The ability to lead and motivate employees in a goal-oriented and team-oriented manner High level of communication skills, self-confident demeanor and talent for moderation Our benefits Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
