Tasks Collaboration in the conception, control and further development of group-wide identity and access management (IAM) Development of guidelines & processes for IAM, in particular for role management, requirements processes and recertification Creation of test concepts and subsequent coordination and implementation of test cycles Working at the interface between specialist departments and IT, also in relation to consulting and requirements management Active participation in projects, possibly also as (partial) project manager Profile Degree in computer science, economics or a computer science-related course with several years of professional experience Alternatively: Training in the IT sector with equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience Organizational and technical knowledge of IAM in relation to role management, requirements processes and recertification Experience in the interface function between business and technology Strong analytical and communication skills as well as a structured way of thinking Independent and forward-looking way of working as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness Our benefits Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
