Description As a Product Owner & Account Manager (f/m/x) at SQUER it’s your job to lead the software development teams at our client projects and, by doing so, ensure project success. In the process you will have the opportunity to independently design architectures as well as develop state of the art software systems. Your tasks
  • Understand and discover the needs, pain points, and desires of the customers deeply to create products that truly resonate with them to reach product-market fit.
  • Lead the team in finding and implementing the highest value solutions for your product vision
  • Collaborate closely with UX to invent user-friendly and intuitive products that deliver a great user experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver products up until successful release (together with the team and other stakeholders)
  • Understand the technical aspects of the product, which helps in effective communication with engineers and in making informed technical decisions.
  • Be a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to align everyone around the product vision
  • Always be a role model
  • Have the ability to deal with conflicting viewpoints and find solutions
  • Be an advocate for agile and product-thinking change within your team and cross-team together with other key players (e.g. Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners/Managers, etc.)
  • Stay open to learning from both successes and failures, and adapting strategies based on new information
  • Drive impactful transformations by leading the customer’s change initiatives
Your qualifications
  • Knowledge in Team Setup and (servant) Leadership
  • Strong communication, coaching and moderation kills
  • Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation + Systems thinking
  • Knowledge in Lean and Agile Frameworks as well as in Product Thinking (e.g. high proficiency in Product Discovery)
  • Deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering/Management (e.g. Impact Maps, Story Maps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Trainings and further development of your skills are highly important to you. Moreover, you enjoy passing on acquired knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) in order to communicate in the best way possible with colleagues and partners.
