Compliance Manager (f/m/x)
- Technical expert and contact person for Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs for company-relevant questions related to healthcare compliance
- Implementation and deployment of a group-wide compliance management system
- Conduct of annual compliance risk assessments as well as creationand revision ofinternal company guidelines
- Perform regularcompliance checks to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
- Support in the implementation of a sound ESG reporting environment, including internal and external stakeholder management and data management
- Development of training and communication measures covering compliance topics
- University degree in law, business ethics, economics, humanities, or of a similar nature
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience & expertise in the areas of compliance, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
- An interest in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Structured and solution-oriented work style
- Demonstrated flexibility combined withsolid business judgment
- Outstanding communication skills witha profound understanding of business contexts
- Fluent in German and English

Our client offers an annual gross salary of around € 75,000with a clear willingness to overpay depending on specific qualifications and experience.
