Be the Heart of Our Office!Work 38,5 hours per week and collaborate with a passionate, motivated and international team with a start-up spirit.
Guide and empower a office & facility management team (2-3 people) with clear goals, processes, structure and the right reporting.
Ensure a clean, organized, and fully equipped workspace, where everything runs smoothly.
Promptly resolve issues (e.g., heating/cooling, internet, plumbing, kitchen devices like coffee machine, dishwasher, watering system, supplies) and if needed, working closely with IT operations and external partners.
Support the HR team assistant in planning and facilitating team events and gatherings, handling everything from space setup to catering.
Oversee rent, utilities, and office supplies with a budget-savvy approach, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Proactively spot potential risks and challenges, take ownership of addressing them, and develop and implement comprehensive action plans to mitigate or overcome them effectively.
Keep stakeholders informed and provide regular reports to top level management.
Continuously improve the office environment, fostering a space where everyone feels valued and inspired.
You have/are:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a team lead or project manager in facility or office management, guiding teams of 2-5 people.
Business fluent German & English speaker; Permitted to work in Austria
A knack for structured, proactive approaches and keeping things running smoothly.
Strong communicator and negotiator, especially when working with external service providers.
Resilient, focused, and pragmatic, with good prioritization skills.
Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, Confluence, Google Suite, Gmail, and Slack.
