- Development & optimization of coupling protocols for conjugation of proteins to nanobeads
- Assistance in process automation and upscaling of conjugation reactions
- Generation of SOPs and analysis & reporting of quality data in assay development
- Analysis of data using various methods, including numerical methods and generating interpretations based on the collected information
- Master's degree in chemistry or biochemistry
- At least 1-year experience in biochemical reactions, protein labelling, immunoassay development or assay protocol optimization and validation (e.g., ELISA, lateral flow, or multiplex arrays)
- Experience conjugation proteins to solid surfaces is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn, own initiative, goal-oriented working method
