As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M. What you can expect Your task will be to manage the IT service area Stadtkämmerei (KM32) in customer management - in terms of personnel, organization and technical aspects, currently consisting of 12 employees. The KM32 service area is responsible for the IT business services of the City Administration customer department and is responsible for their operation and further development. The Stadtkämmerei is the finance department of the City of Munich and relies on high-quality IT services, for which KM32 also provides 2nd-level support and performs lifecycle management. KM32 provides the City Treasurer's Office with specialist applications for the assessment of municipal taxes (trade tax, property tax, dog tax and second home tax), for participation in electronic payment transactions, for securities management and for liquidity management. Due to the increasing use of third-party products, a wide range of technologies are used in the service area. Through the use of basic technical services and interfaces, as well as a strong customer focus, you will work together with various organizational units. As part of the ongoing digitalization process, the service area is actively involved in the City of Munich's digitalization projects.
