Head of Communications (m/f/d)

Bridgecom Semiconductors is a growing tech startup specialized in 5G semiconductors located in Linz, Dresden and Munich. As we are currently entering the European and North America market, we are actively looking for a Head of Communications who leads our external communications establishing Bridgecom as a globally acknowledged semiconductor brand and supporting our sales & marketing activities. The role reports directly to the CEO of Bridgecom and will be located in Linz.

As Head of Communications & PR you will:

• Lead to the development and implementation of our company branding as well as product branding
• Shape our corporate identity elevating our internal and external communications
• Own our website presenting our company, our products and target applications
• Manage and create engaging content for our LinkedIn channel
• Design company presentations and other sales and product marketing materials
• Conduct market research and analyze trends of 5G target applications and use cases
• Produce engaging video animations showcasing our 5G products together with an advertising agency
• Storytelling of how our 5G products drive digital transformation in industries and modern societies
• Organize the company representation and participation in international industry fairs and events
• Drive the personal brand development of the leadership team establishing them as well-known industry leaders helping in the leads generation
• Participate in management meetings with customers and partners to gain industry insights and knowledge

• Master in Business & Economics (or similar), specialized in International Sales, Marketing and/or Communications & PR
• 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Communication & PR ideally in international tech companies
• Experience in CMS and online content creation
• Interested in digitalization and technological trends and ability to translate technical content into simple marketing language.
• Strong intercultural communication skills, and ability to confidently communicate on executive level.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent work ethics
• Ability to operate in highly international and fast changing tech start-up environment
• Fluent in English and German
