Your Opportunity
The name says it all: as Teamlead IT Infrastructure, you ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, always keep an eye on security, handle various projects and lead a small, talented team.
Your mission
- You are responsible for all day-to-day IT operations, coordinating support processes and ensuring the satisfaction of our internal end users
- With your team and in close cooperation with our suppliers , you plan and maintain our network as well as our multicloud IaaS and SaaS architecture in Google, AWS & Azure
- You lead a small team in line with our company values JOY, COURAGE and RESPONSIBILITY
- You manage infrastructure-related projects and also work closely with third-party providers
- You keep an eye on the cost structure of our IT infrastructure and contribute your ideas for optimization both in budgeting and in ongoing operations
- Ongoing coordination within IT and proactive further development of our security standards are natural to you
Your skills
- At least 5 years of experience with operation and maintenance of hybrid infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, several years of experience in leading teams in projects and ideally also in the line
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience with Fortinet, Microsoft and Google an advantage
- Understanding of ITIL as the basis for IT service management processes is an advantage

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000 on a full-time basis.
